Job summary

Endeavour Foundation in Australia is seeking an NDIS Funding Officer to work with front-line Service Delivery teams, guiding customers, their families and key stakeholders through the NDIS journey with compassionate, client-centered support. You will apply your knowledge of the NDIS to help teams plan, document needs, and advocate for outcomes.

This role focuses on building strong relationships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate planning documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the NDIS planning and review processes.
• Experience engaging with internal stakeholders, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage an administrative caseload.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Customer-focused and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the NDIS onboarding, planning and review processes.
• Prepare documentation that supports our customers advocate for their support needs during NDIA planning and review meetings.
• Complete accurate and fit-for-purpose NDIS planning documentation.
• Build strong relationships with front-line service delivery teams, internal stakeholders, NDIS Support Coordinators and Plan Managers.
• Work closely with Service Delivery teams to understand customer goals and support requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS and share information and guidance with Service Delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring actions and deadlines are followed through.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and positive customer experiences across our services.
