Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is a leading Australian employer supporting people living with disability. We seek an NDIS Funding Officer to guide internal teams through NDIS plans, planning and review meetings, ensuring clients’ goals and supports are clearly represented and aligned with funding.

You will build strong relationships with service delivery teams, NDIA coordinators and plans managers, coordinating to improve client experiences and ensure timely progression of goals, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and its planning and review processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, nominees or decision makers.
• Ability to manage an administrative caseload and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused, person-centred approach and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS onboarding, planning and review processes.
• Prepare documentation to support clients during NDIA planning and review meetings.
• Complete accurate NDIS planning documentation.
• Build relationships with frontline teams, internal stakeholders, NDIS Support Coordinators and Plan Managers.
• Understand customer goals and support requirements in collaboration with Service Delivery teams.
• Maintain knowledge of the NDIS and share information with teams and stakeholders.
• Manage a caseload effectively with clear actions and deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and positive customer experiences across services.
