Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced NDIS & Workforce Operations Manager to lead rostering, NDIS quoting and workforce planning for our Home & Community and Work services. Based at Cannon Hill with hybrid work, you will drive service delivery performance and financial stewardship across frontline teams.

You will lead Client Services Team Leaders, partner with Service Delivery leaders, analyse data for sustainable outcomes and uphold NDIS practice standards, with required checks such as

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within disability or community services.
• Strong workforce management, rostering or operational leadership.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and its application in service delivery.
• Experience leading large or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Services Team Leaders.
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning and NDIS quoting functions.
• Support operational performance through reporting, analysis and insights.
• Partner with Service Delivery leaders to improve customer outcomes.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting and operational decision-making.
• Analyse operational and financial data to support sustainable service outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance on NDIS operational practices.
• Manage team performance, capability and engagement.
• Build strong relationships across operational and enabling functions.
