Job summary

South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider delivering in-home care and community access to aged and disability participants across Sydney's South West. As a Support Worker you will work with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services to ensure a quality life.

You will need own car and NSW driver’s license, First Aid/CPR, and checks; the role involves transportation, one-on-one active support, and helping with daily tasks,

Qualifications

• Qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or Aged Care.
• Current NSW driver’s license.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Check, Police Check and vaccination proof as required.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in social, recreational outings and domestic duties.
• Transporting and accompanying participants to access community activities/services.
• Delivering personalised active support in a one-on-one setting.
• Follow daily task instructions based on participants' needs; provide personal care, food preparation and cleaning.
• Adhere to safety and privacy standards; promote dignity and inclusion.

South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing In-Home Care and Community Access to our Aged and Disability participants throughout Sydney, South West Sydney and Western Sydney.

As a Support Worker you will work with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services to ensure a quality life with dignity, respect, and social inclusion. Responsibilities include: Support participants in a social, recreational outings and domestic duties. Transporting and accompanying participants to access community activities/services.

Delivering personalised active support in a one-on-one setting. Following daily tasks instructions based on the participants needs. Providing personal care, food preparation and domestic cleaning.

Mandatory Requirements Own car & valid NSW driver’s license (Required) NDIS Worker Check / Police Check

First Aid & CPR Certification Experience in Ageing/Disability Support Role Requirement:

Police Check (must have) NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain) Registered Vehicle (preferred)
