Purple Patch Consulting is seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants in Sydney's community with domestic help, personal hygiene support, transportation and social-emotional support.

The role covers 7am–5pm (approx.), Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. Clients are in Minto and surrounding areas. You will work with a professional team, receive paid training, access a simple rostering app, and enjoy support services and competitive pay.

Formación

• Paid experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Certificate III in Community Services or relevant qualification.
• Australian Driver's License.
• First Aid with CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• National Police Check (within last 6 months).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Reliable smartphone with data.

Responsabilidades

• Support NDIS participants in their own home to maintain independence and social daily living skills.
• Provide domestic assistance, meal prep, personal hygiene and transportation support.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Participate in 7am–5pm (approx.) Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
• Work with clients located in Minto and surrounding suburbs.

Overview of the role:

• Support NDIS participants living in their own private home to help them maintain their independence and improve their social & daily living skills.
• Participants require support between 7am - 5pm (approximately) Monday to Friday & occasional weekends.

What you need:

• Reliable smart phone with data
