Applicants should have NDIS Worker Screening, a Blue Card, autism experience, and a valid driver’s licence with their own car. You will work within standard hours and contribute to a compassionate, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening is required.
• Blue Card is required in QLD.
• Experience supporting people with autism is preferred.
• Driver's licence and own car are required for transport support.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous support to maintain or improve client independence.
• Support community participation, skill building, vocational prep and relationship building.
• Respond to client needs and collaborate with families, support people and others in their lives.
• Keep accurate and complete records of activities via progress notes.
• Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct.
• Provide Community access and Domestic support.
