Cality Care in Ipswich is seeking casual NDIS Support Workers to assist clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities and community participation.

You will develop individual support plans and actively engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote wellbeing and independence, working flexible shifts across Ipswich and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements.
• Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car.
• Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain.
• Must have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain.
• Must hold First Aid/CPR certification.
• Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in Ipswich and surrounding areas.

About the role

• Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation
• Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals
• Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

What we're looking for

• Experience in aged care, disability or community services an advantage - students are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:
