Job summary

National Networks Plus seeks a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in an office-based capacity in Sydney. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage governance and compliance requirements, maintain portals for our clients, and drive continual improvement across the business.

You will oversee contractor and internal audits, client compliance within NDIS and Aged Care sectors, document control, and records management while supporting training activities and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a compliance, quality, assurance or similar role.
• NDIS or Aged Care experience highly regarded.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance processes.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and an enquiring mind.
• Exceptional attention to detail accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• National Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screener and unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Compliance: Manage organisational compliance across NDIS, Aged Care, WHS and privacy requirements.
• Quality and Assurance: Maintain policies, procedures and controlled documents; monitor incidents and corrective actions.
• Auditing: Coordinate and conduct internal compliance audits; maintain schedules and action plans.
• Prepare documentation for external audits and reviews; liaise with auditors, regulators and client representatives.
