Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive its Wireless Structural Engineering function nationally. You will mentor engineers, review designs, and sign off on certifications for critical telecom towers and installations.

As Principal Structural Engineering Manager, you’ll shape engineering strategy, manage a national team, ensure NCC compliance, and engage with clients to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects across Australia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in structural engineering design, assessment and certification of telecom structures.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Australian registration.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and client-facing delivery.
• Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and safety in design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a national structural engineering team.
• Review, verify and approve structural designs and certifications.
• Drive engineering excellence and compliance with standards.
