Job summary

Service Stream invites applications for a Field Team Leader in NSW (Wetherill Park area). You will lead the Network Maintenance field workforce across multiple work types and clients, reporting into the State Field Delivery Manager.

Key duties include coaching and up-skilling field staff, safe leadership of people, projects and processes, and managing planning, execution and close-out activities to build, maintain and decommission telecom networks for Optus, NBN, Telstra and others.

Qualifications

• Leads network maintenance field workforce across multiple work types and clients.
• Continuously coaching and up-skilling field staff to build a strong delivery team.
• Willing to roster On-Call availability and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close activities to Build, Maintain and Decommission telecom networks.
• Provide leadership by safely leading people, projects, and processes.
• Manage subcontractor and internal workforce collaboration and delivery.
