Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd, based in Perth, is seeking a highly organized Training Coordinator to support our National Training team across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate schedules, manage learning records in TrainingHub, and arrange travel and logistics for trainers and trainees.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years in Training Administration, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Training, Learning & Development, or Training Administration
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with high data volume
• Advanced Microsoft Office; across systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience coordinating training schedules and maintaining records
• Proactive and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, bookings, and program allocations
• Manage training records and data in TrainingHub
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for trainers and learners
• Raise sales orders, quotes, receipting, and purchasing tasks
• Coordinate room setup, catering, certificates, and facilities
• Generate reports on utilisation, compliance, and feedback
• Maintain databases and filing systems
• Liaise with stakeholders, RTOs, and external providers
• Support continuous improvement across training operations
