Job summary

Samson Medical Technologies – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a proactive, Sydney-based Business Development Manager to drive growth of our allograft and xenograft grafting material products within private dental practices across NSW, QLD & ACT. This full-time role blends business development, account management and clinical support.

You’ll be the face of our dental portfolio, building strong relationships with private dental practices and specialists while expanding our footprint in the grafting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of business development or sales in dental industry.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a territory.
• Excellent understanding of private dental practice operations and decision-making.
• Willingness to travel regularly across NSW, QLD & ACT.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and expand existing accounts through tailored sales strategies.
• Research and analyse the private dental market to identify trends, competitors and opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists and practice managers in private settings.
• Coordinate training sessions, demonstrations and workshops for dental teams on grafting materials.
• Act as the main point of contact for dental specialists and practices, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Monitor sales performance, market share and competitive activity; report to management.
• Manage territory budgets, forecast sales and implement cost-effective growth strategies.
