About the Role

Our Customer Care team is the heart of Harbour Dental Lab, and we are looking for up to 3 candidates to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for dental clinics across Australia. You'll be the link between dentists, practice staff, our technicians and production team, ensuring every case is managed accurately, efficiently and with exceptional care.

No two days are the same. You'll be solving problems, coordinating cases, answering customer questions and making sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
