• Experience leading high-volume recruitment functions.
• Strong stakeholder management including executive/C-suite engagement.
• Experience with structured interviewing and assessment centres; proactive sourcing/headhunting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Partners in daily recruitment activity.
• Oversee high-volume end-to-end recruitment across SA, VIC, and NSW.
• Run and support group assessment sessions, structured interviews, and targeted 1:1 headhunting.
• Personally recruit for managerial and shared services roles as required.
• Drive consistent hiring outcomes, quality of hire, and time-to-fill performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce needs with business priorities.
• Engage with executive and C-suite leaders, providing updates and recruitment strategy input.
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
