Job summary

Scape Australia, known as The Living Company, seeks a Talent Manager to lead national Talent Acquisition across Scape, Aveo and corporate functions. You will oversee high-volume frontline recruitment while handling specialist and executive hires, guiding senior leaders and building scalable systems.

You’ll lead a small Talent team, implement governance, and drive innovative sourcing, market mapping, and AI-assisted tools to lift hiring outcomes across diverse brands.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior external recruiting or talent leadership role.
• Experience leading a team and delivering consistent recruitment results.
• Experience balancing high-volume frontline recruitment with professional/executive hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Experience with recruitment technology, systems, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national Talent Acquisition strategy from workforce planning to sourcing and offers.
• Develop and mentor a small high-performing Talent team with consistent delivery standards.
• Advise senior leaders on talent markets, remuneration, and hiring outcomes.
• Build early-career, vocational and education-sector pipelines for future workforce needs.
• Lead recruitment mobilization for new properties and workforce requirements.
• Drive recruitment technology and AI-assisted tools to improve candidate experience.
