Haskoning is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Australia to attract, engage, and recruit top talent across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategy and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

With at least 5 years in recruitment, you will proactively source through multiple channels, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead high-volume campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in a Technical Consultancy domain.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates and build talent pools across AU/NZ.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategy.
• Develop creative sourcing and screening campaigns to attract top talent.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes.
