Job summary

The Living Company is seeking a Talent Manager in Sydney to lead national Talent Acquisition across Scape, Aveo and corporate functions. You will balance high-volume frontline recruitment with specialist, professional and executive hiring, while building a scalable talent function and leading a small team.

You’ll drive workforce planning, market mapping, sourcing, selection and offers; advise executives on remuneration and hiring outcomes; and leverage AI-assisted tools to lift hiring

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior external recruiting, talent acquisition or talent leadership role.
• Proven track record leading and developing a team with delivery standards.
• Experience balancing high-volume frontline recruitment with specialist and executive hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise senior leaders on talent markets and remuneration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national Talent Acquisition strategy across multiple brands and functions.
• Build and develop a small, high-performing talent team with consistent recruitment practices.
• Advise senior leaders and hiring managers on sourcing strategy, remuneration and hiring outcomes.
• Develop early-career, vocational and education-sector pipelines to support future workforce needs.
• Drive recruitment mobilisation for new properties and business units.
• Implement recruitment technology and AI-assisted tools to improve candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.
