Ocean2Earth is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the national sales strategy and drive growth across Australia. You will build a high-performing sales team, establish routes to market through dealers, distributors and retailers, and personally manage major customers and commercial partnerships.

The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on business development to expand into dairy, horticulture, cropping and landscape markets.

• Proven senior sales leadership with revenue growth.
• Experience building national or multi-region sales strategies.
• Strong track record in developing major accounts and partnerships.
