Job summary

Omnia Group is seeking a Territory Manager/Agronomist to drive growth across Australia. You will develop strategic sales plans, promote Omnia's crop nutrition portfolio, and build strong relationships with growers, consultants and retailers.

The role requires solid agronomy knowledge, field support, and willingness to travel regionally and interstate. You will forecast revenue, collaborate with cross-functional teams and help introduce new products while upholding safety and responsible business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel regionally and interstate.
• Experience in agronomy and agricultural sales.
• Ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans.
• Promote Omnia portfolio across the territory.
• Forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with growers, consultants, retailers and agronomists.
• Collaborate across departments and support new product introductions.
