Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the nationwide POS rollout for a major Australian retailer. You will drive end-to-end delivery across store networks, coordinating with IT, operations, and vendor partners while travelling to sites to ensure successful go-lives.

The role focuses on integrating Salesforce POS with NetSuite ERP, pilot deployments, and ongoing hypercare support through the multi-year project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering store-level retail technology implementations or field rollouts.
• Hands-on or strong familiarity with Salesforce POS and NetSuite ERP environments.

Responsabilités

• Rollout Execution: manage multi-year deployment for POS hardware/software across national locations to mid-2028.
• On-Site Implementation: travel to store sites (~70% nationally) to oversee go-lives and hypercare.
• System Integration: ensure data flow between Salesforce POS and NetSuite ERP.
• Stakeholder Management: engage regional store managers and external vendors.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify risks and contingency plans to hit timelines and budget.
• Change & Training Facilitation: train store personnel on new POS systems.
