Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. seeks an on-site IT rollout lead to drive the RedCat POS deployment across Australian restaurants. You will partner with Ops and franchisees, build lab environments for menu and pricing configurations, and validate integrations with Abcom BOH, Deliverect, and digital ordering platforms.

In this field-based role, you will manage cutovers, ensure site readiness, and provide go-live support, including after-hours and overnight windows as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in POS implementations, restaurant tech, or retail deployments
• Proven experience leading multi-site rollouts or large tech implementations
• Hands-on experience with POS config (menus, pricing, inventory, recipes)
• Experience with system integrations (BOH, digital ordering, payments)
• Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-site support during deployments

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site rollout of RedCat POS across Australian restaurants.
• Build and maintain lab environments for menu, pricing, and inventory config.
• Design and validate menu/data structures with Data & Menu Governance.
• Execute integration testing with BOH systems and digital ordering platforms.
• Validate digital ordering and aggregator integrations (Deliverect).
• Support kiosk, payments, and peripheral integrations as part of the full restaurant stack.
• Conduct store readiness assessments and lead cutover planning with Ops.
• Be on-site for go-live and hypercare; coordinate rapid vendor/Ops triage.
• Serve as primary in-market IT partner to Ops and franchisees during rollout.
• Document rollout playbooks, issues, and resolutions for repeatable deployments.
• Build and own the market conversion plan: wave sequencing, site readiness, cutover windows.
