Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT program lead to rollout RedCat POS across Australian restaurants. You will build lab environments, configure menus and pricing, and test integrations with Deliverect and Abcom BOH systems while coordinating with Ops and franchisees.

This six-month contract requires travel up to 50% in Australia, hands-on rollout, cutover planning, and post go-live hypercare. You’ll document playbooks, manage procurement for hardware, and serve as the primary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in POS implementations, restaurant technology, or retail systems deployment.
• Proven experience leading multi-site system rollouts or large-scale technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience with POS configuration (menus, pricing, inventory, recipes).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site rollout of RedCat POS across Australian restaurants.
• Build and maintain lab environments for menus, pricing, recipes, and inventory.
• Design and validate menu and data structures with Data & Menu Governance.
• Execute integration testing with Abcom BOH systems (inventory, reporting, financial workflows).
