The University of Tasmania is seeking a Project Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support for nationally delivered online training programs. You will act as a key contact for students, health professionals, industry stakeholders and partners, handling student enquiries, course administration and invoicing within the UMORE unit.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a diploma-level qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with external partners, staff and students, negotiating outcomes and solving problems.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist guidance to students and resolve complex enquiries within required timeframes.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Medicines Australia, pharmaceutical companies and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on interpretation and application of industry regulations and training requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements for online study and related systems.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing and financial administration and prepare monthly revenue reports.
