Job summary

J&T Express Australia is seeking an experienced Network Operations Coordinator to lead rollout, standardisation, and performance optimisation of the nationwide delivery network. You will drive DSP onboarding, depot SOPs, and KPI reviews while partnering across Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Logistics network operations, last-mile management, or 3PL/DSP partner management experience.
• Experience drafting SOPs and setting partner KPI frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and fix bottlenecks.
• Excellent on-site leadership and negotiation skills with external partners.
• Ability to manage peak-season surges and contingencies in fast-paced settings.
• Solid knowledge of Australian transport, WHS standards, and subcontractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine national network management policies, onboarding criteria, and depot SOPs.
• Lead end-to-end partner management from sourcing to onboarding and KPI reviews.
• Assess regional volumes to optimise depot locations and DSP delivery zones.
• Track real-time data to identify delays and drive corrective actions.
• Standardise sorting, loading, and last-mile delivery to minimise loss and misdelivery; audit depots and DSPs for CoR compliance.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly network performance reviews for leadership insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and IT to resolve bottlenecks during expansion and peak periods.
