J&T Express Australia is seeking a Transport Capacity Planner to support the day-to-day planning and performance management of transportation operations across trunk and branch routes in Sydney. You will monitor timeliness and costs, coordinate with regional teams and carriers, manage carriers and KPI assessments, and use data reporting to improve efficiency.

This role requires proactive communication, basic understanding of logistics, and ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment;

Qualificações

• Proactive and effective communication skills.
• Basic understanding of transportation, logistics or express delivery operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with business systems and reporting platforms (Excel advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of transportation systems and reporting platforms to improve functionality and visibility.
• Monitor trunk and branch route performance focusing on timeliness, capacity utilisation and costs; escalate issues.
• Prepare and monitor carrier KPI assessments and implement improvement measures with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regional teams and carriers to understand requirements and allocate capacity.
• Provide training and ongoing support to transportation carriers and teams.
