Winc Australia seeks a National Transport Manager to lead a nationwide transport and vending operation. You will oversee NSW transport, guide national standards, and drive performance and cost efficiency across carriers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, network strategy development, and collaboration with IT and Sales to improve outcomes and service delivery nationwide.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capability with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience leading transport operations across multiple sites and partners.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, rate cards and performance data.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety-focused transport operations for parcel freight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transport safety and incident management across national network.
• Set and monitor national KPIs, governance and performance standards.
• Oversee national transport operations, carrier performance and service delivery.
• Develop medium-term transport network strategy and route optimisation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and EV adoption within transport operations.
