Job summary

Secom Australia is seeking an experienced National Manager (Protective Services) to lead and support our national guarding and protective services operations. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, this senior leadership role will oversee a team of Client Services Managers and drive operational excellence across Australia.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, and willingness to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• NSW Security Licence.
• Full valid Driver's Licence.
• Senior leadership experience within security, guarding or protective services.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and large-scale operations.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially oriented with track record of improving financial and operational performance.
• Knowledge of security licensing, WHS and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a national team of Client Services Managers.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and drive service delivery excellence.
• Oversee KPIs, budgeting, profitability and change initiatives.
• Manage key client relationships and act as senior escalation point.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS and regulatory requirements.
• Support tenders, contract renewals and strategic growth.
• Travel nationally as required.
