Job summary

Secom Australia is seeking an experienced National Manager (Protective Services) to lead our national guarding and protective services operations. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, this senior leadership position will oversee a team of Client Services Managers and be responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, business performance and team development across Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within security or protective services.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams at scale.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute with financial and operational oversight.
• Knowledge of security licensing, WHS and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a national team of Client Services Managers.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and key clients.
• Drive service performance, continuous improvement and profitability.
• Oversee compliance, safety outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Support tenders, contract renewals and strategic growth initiatives.
• Travel nationally to support operations as required.
