Job summary

Secom Australia is seeking an experienced and commercially minded National Manager (Protective Services) to lead our national guarding and protective services operations across Australia. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, this senior leader will oversee a team of Client Services Managers and drive operational excellence, client satisfaction and business performance nationwide.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in security, guarding or protective services
• Proven ability to manage dispersed teams and large-scale operations
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially focused with track record of financial and operational performance

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a national team of Client Services Managers
• Foster relationships with subcontractors to support service delivery
• Drive operational performance, service excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage key client relationships and act as a senior escalation point
• Oversee service delivery, compliance, client satisfaction and safety outcomes
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, budgeting and profitability
• Lead workforce planning and change initiatives across Australia
• Support tenders, contract renewals and strategic growth
• Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS and industrial relations requirements
