Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking an experienced Injury Management Adviser to provide end-to-end rehabilitation, recovery-at-work and return-to-work services for employees across the organisation.

You will coordinate rehabilitation plans for physical and psychological injuries, ensure SRC Act compliance, and collaborate with HR, operations and leaders to deliver practical, people-centred injury management solutions while balancing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience managing rehabilitation and return-to-work cases within a Comcare-insured organisation.
• Experience applying the SRC Act and recovery-at-work requirements.
• Ability to support employees with physical and psychological injuries.
• Strong organisational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proven ability to balance legislative, operational, and wellbeing needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidentiality and sound judgement in case governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end rehabilitation and return-to-work services.
• Coordinate recovery-at-work plans for injured employees.
