Job summary

NRMA Insurance, part of Insurance Australia Group, is seeking an Injury Management Advisor in Sydney. The role leads injury management and collaborates with Claims Consultants to drive quality and compliant outcomes. Hybrid work with one day weekly in Darling Park offices, in Gadigal Country.

You will interpret medical information, coach teams, and build relationships with providers to support efficient claim progression and recovery for motor accident injuries.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Allied Health qualification or equivalent.
• Strong injury management expertise with ability to interpret medical information.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and sound decision-making in complex cases.
• Collaborative mindset with coaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert injury management advice by analysing medical and rehabilitation information.
• Coach and mentor Claims Consultants to ensure quality, customer-focused decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive consistent injury management practices aligned to compliance and recovery outcomes.
• Identify claim trigger points and partner to progress and resolve claims efficiently.
