Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced National Injury Management Advisor to support injured employees and leaders across Australia. You will manage injuries from notification through recovery, balancing wellbeing with legislative compliance and operational outcomes.

You will work with the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, insurers and rehabilitation providers to drive early intervention strategies and coordinate effective return-to-work plans across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in injury management, workers compensation, rehabilitation or return-to-work coordination.
• Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation and injury-management best practice.
• Proven track record delivering successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace injury, return-to-work and workers compensation cases from initial notification through to resolution.
• Drive early intervention strategies and coordinate recovery and return-to-work plans.
• Partner with employees, leaders, practitioners, providers and insurers throughout the process.
• Provide coaching to leaders on injury management, obligations and workplace adjustments.
• Ensure compliance, accurate case management documentation and claims administration across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to injury-management initiatives and broader health, safety and wellbeing objectives.
