Job summary

Capability Support Services is seeking a Strategic Growth Officer to drive national expansion, build referral networks and grow our clinical workforce across Australia. This remote, part-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging partners and implementing growth strategies in a fast-growing NDIS and allied health organisation.

You will work with leadership, marketing and digital teams to turn opportunities into measurable outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on meeting growth

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic growth, recruitment or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems, digital databases and online engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to report against targets with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies to increase referrals and service reach.
• Identify new regions across Australia and establish partnerships.
• Build and maintain national referral and stakeholder database.
• Support recruitment and workforce expansion across priority regions.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams on growth campaigns.
• Monitor growth targets and report progress to leadership.
