Job summary

cape group Australia is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen existing customer relationships, identify new growth opportunities and maximise account potential. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, conduct reviews, and ensure orders and updates are processed accurately while collaborating with the Partnerships Manager and other teams to deliver projects smoothly.

Qualifications

12 months’ experience in account management or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software is desirable.
Ability to coordinate day-to-day activities and support growth.

Responsibilities

Follow a sales and business development plan aligned with cape’s goals.
Secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Engage with customers and industry groups to enhance activities.
Act as primary contact for customer enquiries and manage quotes.
Prepare and deliver pricing and project specifications.
Maintain accurate sales data and implement a key account strategy.
Ensure timely invoicing and project delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
