Job summary

Pacific Talent Partners is partnering with an exciting organisation to appoint a General Manager who will lead nationwide operating businesses and drive enterprise value across a vast national multi-site footprint.

The role focuses on governance, AI-enabled efficiency, and data-driven decision-making to enhance labour productivity and performance in a high-growth B2C environment. Location flexibility includes relocation to Adelaide, South Australia.

Qualifications

15+ years of senior executive experience managing large-scale, geographically dispersed B2C multi-site networks.
Experience as a General Manager/COO in a $500M+ revenue business during periods of growth or transformation.
Direct reporting to CEOs, executive teams, or boards with exposure to institutional or Private Equity investors.
Willingness to relocate to Adelaide, South Australia or operate with location flexibility.

Responsibilities

Direct nationwide operating units to maximise returns on invested capital.
Lead, modernise, and scale a complex network across hundreds of locations.
Champion AI-enabled processes, automation, and data-driven decisions to improve productivity.
Drive revenue optimisation, margin expansion, safety, guest advocacy, and disciplined cost governance.
Engage with the Board, investors, and executive leadership to build credibility.
