Pacific Talent Partners Pty Ltd. is partnering with an exciting organisation to appoint a General Manager who will lead nationwide B2C operating units, drive enterprise value, and embed AI-enabled efficiencies across a vast multi-site footprint.

The role requires 15+ years of senior executive experience in large-scale networks and a proven track record at the C-suite or board level, with relocation to Adelaide, South Australia considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of senior executive experience managing large-scale, geographically dispersed B2C multi-site networks.
• Proven scale & track record as General Manager, COO, or equivalent in a $500M+ revenue business.
• Experience reporting to CEOs, executive teams, or boards, with exposure to private equity investors.
• Willingness to relocate to Adelaide, South Australia, if required.

The Role: Pacific Talent Partners is partnering with an exciting organisation in the search for aGeneral Managerto join an industry-leading, high-growth B2C group operating a vast national multi-site footprint.

With a network spanning hundreds of destinations nationwide and ambitious plans to grow, the organisation is transitioning into its next phase of expansion. This senior executive will lead nationwide operating businesses, drive enterprise value creation, build operational maturity, and embed digital and AI-enabled efficiencies across complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Leadership & Value Creation: Direct nationwide operating units to maximise returns on invested capital and contribute directly to multi-billion-dollar enterprise value targets.
• Multi-Site Operational Excellence: Lead, modernise, and scale a complex network across hundreds of geographically dispersed locations.
• Data, Tech & AI Innovation: Champion the integration of AI-enabled processes, operational automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance labour productivity and operating performance.
• Commercial & Financial Performance: Drive revenue optimisation, margin expansion, safety, guest/customer advocacy, and disciplined cost governance.
• Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong credibility with the Board, institutional investors, executive leadership, and key industry stakeholders.

Target Candidate Profile:

• Executive Leadership: 15+ years of senior executive experience managing large-scale, geographically dispersedB2C multi-site networks(e.g., Hospitality, Accommodation, Retail, Aged Care, Childcare, Leisure, or Consumer Services).
• Proven Scale & Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a General Manager, COO, or equivalent operational executive in a$500M+ revenue business through periods of high growth, transformation, or operating model redesign.
• Governance & Ownership: Strong track record reporting directly to CEOs, Executive Teams, or Boards, with exposure to working alongside institutional or Private Equity investors.
• Location Capability: Based in or fully open torelocating to Adelaide, South Australia.
