Randstad is partnering with an established Australian manufacturing business to recruit a dynamic General Manager who will own the strategic direction and scale operations across the organisation.

Reporting to the Directors, you will lead P&L performance, drive growth, mentor the leadership team, and shape processes to support ambitious market expansion—this is a high-visibility, autonomous role with a competitive remuneration package.

Formación

• Proven leadership at General Manager/Commercial Director/Senior Leader level with revenue and profit growth.
• Hands-on leader who drives by example and mentors teams.
• Strong financial literacy and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally and interstate as required to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically grow the business by establishing and executing a clear growth strategy.
• Take full accountability for operational performance, budgeting, forecasting and key commercial metrics.
• Lead from the front to develop a high-performing, accountable culture and mentor staff.
• Strengthen key customer and supplier relationships while identifying new opportunities.
• Refine processes and systems to position the business for scale.
