Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced General Manager, Sales & Operations to lead national sales and operations for a Melbourne-based franchise network. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategy development and accountability for revenue growth and customer outcomes.

You will oversee national commercial sales, operations, franchise performance and a high-performing team, with direct involvement in planning and execution across states and provinces.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a multi-site or dispersed business.
• Track record of driving sales growth and improving business performance.
• Experience working with franchise networks or decentralised service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead national commercial sales performance across all states.
• Drive revenue growth, KPI achievement and client relationships.
• Oversee national operations and service delivery for a franchise network.
• Coach and develop dispersed sales and operations teams.
• Partner with Director and Finance to improve profitability and efficiency.
