You will build relationships with franchisees, monitor performance, and provide business coaching on pricing, cash flow and finances. A CRM proficient, highly organized professional is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in franchise development or franchise support in a growth-focused environment.
• Knowledge of the Franchising Code of Conduct and compliance requirements.
• Experience coaching small business owners on pricing, cash flow and financials.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage performance.
• Experience using a CRM system and producing regular reports with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Franchise recruitment: identify target regions and recruit suitable franchisees.
• Onboarding: manage deposit-to-opening milestones and first 6 months delivery.
• Franchisee growth: conduct quarterly business reviews and ongoing coaching.
• Relationship & compliance: enforce Franchise Agreement and brand standards.
• Reporting: collect monthly starts, sales and KPIs; prepare reports for GM/Board.
