Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead across the OTR and Reddy Express network in VIC/TAS. You will drive operational excellence, commercial performance and leadership capability across a multi-site retail portfolio, partnering with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and cost efficiency.

You will champion safety, coach leaders, and implement strategic initiatives while guiding governance and high-performance culture across the state.

Qualifications

• Proven senior multi-site retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial orientation with sales and EBITDA focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Area Managers and leaders.
• Experience leading transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the State Manager and Area Managers to deliver sales, EBITDA and cost optimisation outcomes across the network.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive commercial performance through data-led decision making and operational discipline.
• Coach and develop Area Managers to strengthen leadership capability and execution standards.
• Lead and influence the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Build partnerships across Central Operations, Safety, People & Culture, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Conduct store visits to assess performance and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Champion a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Provide operational and people leadership insights to the State Manager.
• Step into State Manager responsibilities when required to ensure continuity.
