Job summary

VDI Australia, the national distributor of Yutong buses and coaches, is seeking a commercially savvy Business Development Manager to drive our national fleet portfolio and forge strong partnerships with government, fleet operators and leasing providers. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, fleet sales or strategic accounts management.
• Experience in transport sector: buses, trucks, automotive or related industries.
• Strong commercial sense and negotiation capability.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted partnerships.
• Growth mindset with a passion for customer success and results.
• Experience with electric or sustainable transport solutions is a plus.
