Job summary

BYD Australia is expanding its regional fleet operation and seeks an experienced Regional Fleet Manager to grow the fleet business across designated regions. You will lead regional fleet development, manage relationships with corporate and government clients, FMOs, and dealers, and drive national fleet strategy at a regional level.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Business, Automotive, Commerce or related discipline (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in automotive fleet sales, business development or OEM/Dealer environments.
• Strong network within fleet industry and ability to develop new relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional fleet activities aligned with national strategy.
• Identify and convert fleet opportunities with corporate, government, and fleet partners.
• Build relationships with BYD/DENZA dealer partners across the region.
• Manage tenders, RFIs, RFQs and fleet proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, pricing, and program requirements.
• Provide regular regional fleet performance updates to management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Logistics, and Aftersales teams.
