Job summary

VDI Australia is seeking an energetic Sales Account Manager to grow our NSW and ACT territory for Yutong buses and coaches. You will build strong relationships with bus operators and fleet customers, manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery, and identify profitable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience selling to bus operators or fleet customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across NSW and ACT.
• Build long-term relationships with bus operators and fleet customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.
• Achieve sales targets while identifying profitable growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, forecasts and maintain CRM records.
• Work with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Proven success in sales, account management or business development
• Experience within the bus, truck, automotive, heavy vehicle or transport industry
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, results-focused approach
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelinesCurrent heavy vehicle driver's licence preferred
