Job summary

VDI Australia, the national distributor of Yutong buses and coaches, is seeking a commercially savvy Business Development Manager to drive a national fleet portfolio. This is not a desk-bound role; you will engage with government, fleet operators and leasing providers to win new business and support zero-emission transitions.

You will lead opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and represent VDI and Yutong at industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, fleet sales or strategic account management.
• Experience in transport, buses, trucks, automotive, heavy vehicles or related industry.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted partnerships.
• Experience with EV or sustainable transport solutions is highly regarded.
