Job summary

Veracity Australia is seeking a commercially savvy Business Development Manager to grow our national fleet portfolio and build strategic partnerships with government, fleet managers, leasing providers and transport operators.

You will lead opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop growth strategies as we support customers transitioning to zero-emission transport with Yutong products.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, fleet sales or strategic account management.
• Experience in transport, buses, trucks, automotive, heavy vehicles or related industry.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted partnerships.
• Growth mindset, competitive drive and passion for customer success.
• Experience with EV or sustainable transport solutions is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Winning new fleet business and growing key customer relationships.
• Leading major opportunities, tenders and contract negotiations.
• Developing and executing growth strategies across a national portfolio.
• Helping customers navigate the transition to zero-emission transport.
• Representing VDI and Yutong at industry events, conferences and customer engagements.
• Working with a passionate team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
