Job summary

ASI Solutions is seeking an End User Compute Program Lead to own a national end user compute program, based from our Brisbane office with travel to Sydney and Melbourne. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who will manage service delivery across multiple sites and act as the escalation point for Level 1 technicians.

You will hold client relationships, lead the onsite team, and drive device refresh, deployment and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end user compute or workplace technology programs in large or complex organisations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site deployments and service transitions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across IT and workplace teams.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end service ownership for the delivery and operation of end user compute services.
• Lead onsite team across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, setting priorities and rostering.
• Plan and run device refresh, deployment and lifecycle activity across sites.
• Produce SLA, performance and asset reporting to governance cadence.
• Own escalation management through to resolution and root cause analysis.
