Job summary

NEC in Melbourne is seeking a Delivery Lead - Cloud Compute to own a key enterprise customer account. You will lead a cross-functional team of Cloud Compute professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong customer outcomes.

You will drive agile practices, manage capacity and governance, and use data to identify improvements and growth opportunities for the client. The role requires senior leadership, stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service delivery teams in an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven people leadership and performance management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, risks, issues and continuous improvement programs.
• Outstanding customer and stakeholder management skills and ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to turn data into insights.
• Commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Cloud Compute team to drive a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Drive agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, prioritisation, reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor and improve service delivery performance and ensure SLA and KPI commitments are met.
• Manage team capacity, workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation to meet demand.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, leading governance meetings and escalations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to enhance services and deliver greater value.
