Job summary

Join L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand as National Sales Manager for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science, leading a national field team and driving adoption of integrated dermo-cosmetic protocols with leading doctors, dermatologists, and surgeons in Melbourne.

You will develop strategic market plans, engage KOLs, and coach teams to exceed sales goals while ensuring scientifically credible product knowledge and superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing field sales teams within medical/esthetic industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management with medical professionals and KOLs.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving market and business decisions.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a national team of Business Development Managers and In Clinic Coaches.
• Formulate and execute a national sales strategy for high-potential clinics and medical accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee clinical training programs for teams and partner clinics.
• Develop tailored business plans for key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Oversee go-to-market execution for new product launches and marketing campaigns.
