Job summary

L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand is seeking a proactive Medical Field role based in Melbourne to drive engagement with dermatologists and GPs. You will report to the Medical Field Manager and support brand growth across Melbourne CBD and North West suburbs using a mix of face‑to‑face and digital engagement.

You’ll build relationships, share dermatology knowledge, and log activities in Veeva CRM while representing the brand at medical conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder and relationship management experience.
• Commercial and customer-centric selling mindset.
• Clinical/therapeutic knowledge; dermatology advantageous.
• Omnichannel engagement and digital communication.
• CRM and data-driven reporting; Veeva experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with dermatologists and GPs; detail dermatological formulations.
• Plan territories and execute omnichannel strategies to deliver personalised experiences.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; log activity in Veeva CRM.
• Represent the brand at conferences and medical events.
