Job summary

L’Oréal Australia invites an experienced Senior In-Clinic Coach to join our Dermatological Beauty field team in Perth. You will educate and coach clinic therapists, drive product advocacy, and maximise sell-out for SkinCeuticals & SkinBetter Science across Western Australia.

You will blend clinical teaching, territory development and commercial support to elevate patient outcomes and brand performance. Ideally you hold a degree in dermal science or equivalent, with proven experience coaching

Qualifications

Degree or certification in dermal science, clinical dermal therapies, clinical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, or beauty therapy is desirable.
Proven experience coaching clinicians or therapists in a clinical/dermal environment is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored in-clinic training on consultation, treatment protocols and product application so therapists can design routines and manage side-effects confidently.
Identify and qualify new clinic opportunities, advocate brand benefits, create warm leads and hand over to the BDM.
Build coaching plans with the BDM to support patient outcomes and territory revenue KPIs; analyse category, competitor and territory data to optimise education.
Maintain CRM records, support marketing initiatives, conferences, onboarding and ensure safe clinical practices.
